I was in Ito 2 years ago for the hanabi, but they started at 9 o 'clock in the evening and it was fully dark out. In this picure you've captured a lot of the atmosphere, which is quite impossible to do when it is dark outside. Where was this taken?

hmmmm ..... fireworks in the evening is kinda awesome
they go from 7:00 to 9:00 so , you can see both scenes but, i like it better in the evening actually.
dark is just dark . No way to capture the atmosphere feeling .
