Picked up this 1615 the other day at the Amherst Railroad Hobby Show. The only problem is replacing the broken missing front marker light. Besides the marker light, I will be adding some weight to the tender to allow it to have more pulling power. I will see if I can find some way to gear down the motor so it runs slower. As for the shell, I will be repainting the shell and adding a figure to the cab.Related content

That's a nice little engine too. Postwar's been getting a bit more affordable as of late, hasn't it? Pity I'm not much into it, being a prewar and modern guy myself.

still, a bit pricey but did see one prewar 229 locomotive should have picked it up it was in good shape too.
