Beautiful piece, but it looks more like Paris Hilton than Charlize. Charlize has a colder look to her. You have drawn warm eyes, not the dead look of Theron's.

this is superb! I love the way you worked the background, too- it sets off her highlights and gives alot of movement to the whole portrait. really excellent!! This was my fav pose of hers (in the contest) although I chose a different one to draw.
