Once per turn, during either player's Battle Phase: You can target up to 3 LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard; banish them, and if you do, this card gains ATK equal to the combined Levels of the banished monsters x 200 until the end of the Battle Phase. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated: You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can target the attacking monster; banish this card, and if you do, negate that attack. During the next End Phase: Special Summon this card banished by this effect.

Aw man this card is so awesome! I was going to suggest this card to being the final evolve form of Golden-Eyes but even so, this is so awesome!
Oh wow, banish 3 LIGHTS and make this card stronger by their Level x 200ATK! This card is like basically Shooting Star.

Yea... OTHER THAN Seeker, Light Saver Dragon. THAT'S... and to be honest, the only artwork that fits Golden-Eyes since the golden eyes and the blades.

You and me both. While you were away, I went to search from let's say outside something else but no luck. I'm not in a rush. As for the Rank-Up Card for both Golden-Eyes... I wanted your opinion about it.
Also... I THINK I want to thank you for suggesting that if Despair Dragon will follow the Chaos Xyz Evolution, then the Miracle Dragon will follow the Shining Xyz Evolution. That gave me a GREAT element theme for that story.
