I just love how avian your Latios looks <3 Since the Pokedex mentioned that the eon duo has a feathery down, I always pictured them more like birds than dragons. I'm really loving the scarf and boots on him

Yes XD feather ears do not come with flight unless you are a dragonair. They work like little wings though, like movement wise. Probably the most expressive part of him, since they have a large movement range.
