So, this is my fifth and final work from this stash. As promised, here we have another team with a non-leading Red Ranger. This one is not based in any team in particular, in fact, I created this from scratch, although for the story's sake, I had to mention some previous teams to make it work, but truth is, I didn't based them on any existing team in particular, this ones I created from scratch and I'm proud of it

So about the team, they are supposed to be the Elite Guard, for a lack of a better term, for Hexagon, they are the first and last line of defense for the World's Ranger HQ, so you can imagine they have to be very very skilled. A bit of a spoiler before you read the story, their leader is the son of one of Hexagon's founders, which exlpains why being the leader he chose not to be a Red Ranger. About their suits, as I said I created them from scratch, but turns out my first creation, the first version of them well, I didn't liked it that much, so I decided to change it and thus, I changed it completely. For the second version, the final one, the chest piece I did based it off Red Hood's Robin Suit from Batman and Robin "Robin Rises" arc. So yeah, I add a bit of comic background on my creations, and if you're familiar with what's happening in DC's universe right now, you'll notice this team I created recently. Well, that's it, the story is short so you won't spend to much time reading, so hope you like it

After Hexagon was created and stablished its headquarters, they started working on their first three projects for Ranger teams, those that would in one way or another, inherit the responsabilities the first ranger teams had and with that idea in mind, would ressemble the first teams of rangers at some degree. As soon as the first two teams were done, and the Rangers selected, one thing was clear for Tommy, Hason and Billy, to select a new team of rangers would bring attention to them eventually, so they'd need to be prepared to protect Heaxagon from possible threats. And thus, the third project, the Space Protection Team which would protect earth right from outside its atmosphere, was put on hold in orther to create a new team of rangers that would work directly under Hexagon as their first and last line of protection.

With the aid of Bridge Carson, Billy started creating a new team of rangers, one that would be based off SPD in terms of logistics, the team would be housed in Hexagon's headquarters and even when being part of the staf, their sole job would be that of protecting the base from any threats. And thus, the Task Force Alpha was created. A team that would be led by Billy's own son, Newton Cranston a Human-Aquitan hybrid with the intelligence of his father but trained by the Aquitan Rangers to be a great warrior as well. The rest of the team was chosen by Billy and his son together who recruited Klarc Sutton, a KO-35 inhabitant with whom they have had contact during Billy's travels around the galaxy when he was getting acquaitanced with other planets' technollogy. The rest of the team were Carson Stabler, a young man training to become a firefighter under former Lightspeed Red Ranger Carter Grayson. The rest of the team was chosen from law enforcing institutions due to Newton thinking they would be the best fitting persons to join a team whose duty was to protect the earth. And thus Julie Aguilar, lieutenant on Silver Hills' Silver Guardians and Aria Zheng from Angel Grove's Police Department were chosen. Although given Aria's background as a police officer, Billy decided that she would not be living at the HQ like the rest, instead she would only be called when needed. The last member, Steven Baxter, a young Detective of AGPD started noticing Aria's constant abscence (since she had been called several times in a couple weeks for training with the rest of the group) and suspecting her involvement with gangs of her patrol zone, decided to investigate her. Aria managed to scape him a couple times before Steven was able to follow her through to Hexagon HQ and realize what she was doing. IMpressed by the feat, Billy welcomed the man to Hexagon and proposed him to join the team as their sixth ranger. Steven hesitated about it, but after a couple days of thinking about it, he decided to accept the offer and join the rangers as their sixth ranger, the White Ranger.
