Ahh this looks super awesome! I love their design, their tongue and eyes look super neat!Β
I do have to mention though, as a bit of critique, the spine and ribs look a bit odd, I think it would be worth it to look up a reference of a human skeleton next time you draw them! Usually the spine isnt so thick and it curves sort of like an "s" (You can see this when you look at the references) and the ribs are also quite thick, they have gaps between them.
I really like how you drew the feet and skull though, they look really good! I also really like their tail and the little traits you wrote on the reference! Awesome job on this!

Yeah, I knew something looked off about the ribs and spine, but I ignored my own warnings and went with it anyway xwx I should start considering putting up an ordinary reference when doing complicated manners rather than ah, 'winging it' as I so often do.

lmao I get ya, I usually dont reference much either! I think it would be a good idea to maybe do some studies on skeletons for a bit to get used to drawing them a bit more, I do it every once in a while just to refresh too! Winging it isnt a bad idea, I just think it would be good to do a double check on those parts I mentioned, and no problem!

thank you so much for the advice, i'm gonna be sure to use it next time i draw! it's an excellent idea to doodle/sketch out some preliminary sketches rather than just dive in like i tend to do :'D
