It is hard to say. There were a number of Kelvin Waves in the several El-Nino regions of the Pacific over the past 8 months, but they kept fading out. And now it looks like there will be no El-Nino this year.... from what I have learned over the past year, I am rather thinking you guys are going to see several waves of rain over the next few months- and then it may get quiet again.
