Agility 7/10 : Fast. His lean body makes it easy to move and fit into skinny places. His long body is his downfall. In water he is like a rocket and is much faster than on the surface.
Endurance 1/10 : Really weak. His body is frail and he tends to avoid combat. Really easy to bruise and cut.
Stealth 3/10 : Enough to get by. His large figure is his problem as it is hard to hid and his feet are loud when he walks. In water his skin easily blends in and he is incredibly stealthy.
Accuracy 1/10 : Cant aim for shit. He will do an onslaught of attacks and see what hits or misses.
Skill 7/10 : Not so skillful in battle, but skillful in creating unique weapons build around species's features and qualities. Good at thinking things through.

Personality: He's very playful and fun to be around. His youth is his double edge sword because he enjoys having fun but sometimes it can lead to unwanted recklessness. He's very easy going and relaxed, willing to talk to anyone no matter who they are or what they want. He loves learning about other people and is interested in what they can do and how they interact with different environments. Floyd always feels the need to fiddle around with things because he gets bored easily. Avoids commotion if he can, he doesn't like being on other's bad sides. Slightly naive due to age but he's very adaptable. He has a interest in creating devices to help others out and has an interest in biology. He's very timid when it comes to fights and he prefers to rather talk things out than argue/ brawl. Over all he prefers to be socially connected between people and loves to party and have fun.

Strengths
-Fast on both land and water. Terrific in water
-Can regenerate wounds and limbs. Duration of healing depends on the severity of the wounds
-Very good at technicians work and problem solving
-Layers of sharp teeth, like a shark. Can rip chunks out of things

Weaknesses:
-Poor eyesight when out of water. Light sensitive. Artificial lights can damage his eyes.
-Weak as hell. His skin is very easily damaged
-Needs to be in water for at least 12 hours every three days. His body needs to be moist and damp and dry heat/ fire can really damage his skin tissues and disable his regenerative functions

Illness/Diseases: ADHD. Has a hard time focusing on everything. Gets bored of projects easily.

Backstory: Floyd lived his life with Kelpie on Earth together. With no intentions to move until he found Kelpie finding herself in dangerous situations and getting hurt in the process. Fearful for her well-being he took her and left Earth in hopes of finding a better home. Homeless and desperately finding a place to settle, they were both wandering a planet's city when they found Roz. Floyd had no initial intentions to join the group, sensing danger and wanting to protect Kelpie. The power of clever words easily tricked Kelpie and tempted her to join. Begging Floyd to join, they both soon stumbled their way into Roz. He had always kept a close eye on her since then, wanting to protect her and keep her out of other people's hands. Despite being around criminals, he found it very accepting among the crew of aliens and quickly settled into his new life. As long as Kelpie was safe, Roz was an ok place to stay.
