This is one of the many reasons why I love Death the Kid; he's adorably snobbish and neurotic.
He's hilarious.Anyone who's been following Nenena's SE recaps on LJ would recognize this as one of the "Possible Escape Scenarios" she developed for Death the Kid in her ch. 62 recap. She was gracious enough to let me draw comic strips for them, because they are far too awesome to not add visuals.
I can only hope that I am doing her work justice. I plan to draw comics for at least five of them, but I'd like to get to all of them if I can.Before anyone asks, Kid's sleeves are torn off because they actually DO get torn off in chapter 70-71 of Soul Eater. Proofs: [link]
Wow, it's my last day of spring break, and I could only finish 3 of the comics.
I'll still draw more, but I have an exam next week, so it may be a while 'til it's done. As you can probably tell, I got kinda lazy with the backgrounds, but I hope it's acceptable enough.

Haha, I honestly wish Kid escaped from Noah using one of these scenarios. I'd take this more seriously than the cop-out rescue we got in the manga (seriously, when are the lovely Thompsons gonna get their Crowning Moment of Awesome?).

The Lord Death coming in to rescue Kid would be win.
However, I really would like to see Liz and Patty rescue Kid. OMG. Not Black Star imo. It would make more sense for Kid's weapons to rescue him. Those girls need more screen time in both manga and the anime. I'm keeping my hopes up if Okhubo and Bone Studio are to make a sequel (another season), Patty, Liz, and Kid would have more of a role.

I always found the eyebrow plucking part of his obsession kinda gross and weired beyond belief...but this comic serves to bring tears to my eyes yet again.
If they didn't have Kid suddenly acting like a total badass during this time then this could actually become the most likely scenario.
