hOO boy pal i sure wish i couldvent art that i ended up enjoying? the composition changed a lot from the original and i don’t really like it as much now but ah well.
it's also a complete mess but so am i at the moment so that works i guess (there’s a second thumbnail sketch that i might use for a different version of this. the vibe of it’s a lot different imo so it’d convey something new)
this is a pretty heavy-handed metaphor but i don't expect anyone to really get what specifically it represents for me?? feel free to interpret i guess :0
why the hell did i draw irl me almost naked u ask?? it was the fuckin aesthetic and clothes seemed weird for this but i figured it'd be even weirded to draw myself 100% naked so. just shorts??? idk man just roll with it (if i feel too anxious/uncomfy with later it i'll just scribble a shirt on myself w/e)

oo good to hear! that's sorta what i was going for while still not using really dark colours/shading? i was trying to capture that more with the movement of the waves. this might be a piece i redo later too
