Wow, lovely perspective here, and i love the feel of rushing water around him and the tree
One thing I would suggest, maybe add water droplets where they are hitting, for example, the tree, his tail, nose/snout to make it feel like the water is really strong, and add sharper highlights to make the overalls piece stand out
