Kaspyr (left) and Shadow (right)Don't post photography often here since I have an account specifically for it, but I decided to make this one an exception since not many people on here have seen my cockatiels, and I posted a journal saying I'd show them, but still haven't yet (unless you watch one of my tumblr accounts and have seen photos I've posted here, or are one of the few people I've linked photos to.
The fan is obviously off, I don't turn it on when they're perched on it.
Will scrap later, and may submit again on my photo/sketch account. Who knows.

Aww, I loved our 14 cockatiels when growing up. My grandmother didn't know how to stop them breeding.

We had one when I was a kid, his name was Tweety. Sadly he passed away back in 2007, and finally last year I decided to get another cockatiel, but we came out with these two haha xD They're great though. It's funny though, Kaspyr turned out to be male, and Shadow is female, so hopefully we shouldn't have any babies, since they're siblings, so we'll have to be careful to take away the eggs before they hatch if they ever start laying haha.
Nice, I think there are some colonies of Quaker Parrots (or used to be) in a town my mom used to live in around here. It's by the beach and when we were kids we used to hear them up in the trees. Does he know any words or phrases?
Kaspyr knows how to say "Whatcha doin?", "Up, Down", "Eagle!" (while spreading his wings), sometimes his name, and now he'll say "Pretty bird!" along with some whistle tunes <3

He knows phrases in his own Oobleckgobble language, mostly he likes to sing songs.

It's always cute when they have their own jibberish languages xD Kaspyr mumbles some words that we don't know what he's trying to say either haha
