i was really inspired byshe draws beautiful horses! do check her out!
did this in almost 50 minutes. again my impatient nature, plus an urge to sleep (its 3 am here) to wake up early for work tomorrow (which rarely happens) stopped me from working any more on this drawing...

i actually got my self a new scanner, and that got me going abit. plus i also got my self some new paint markers. watching deviantart and conceptart.org really gets me inspired to do more and i want to learn soo much. like all the great artists here.

anyway i think i have trouble quite a bit with regards to tonal values,
i don't think i even spelt it right, but i often make something either to light or too dark, and rarely get the same tones when they should be
i was asleep in secondary school art, i missed all the sketching and shading stuff, i didn't really take art seriously then,
but congratulations you made it to the end of my sad life story and with great rewards i shall praise your horsey drawing:

haha... ur sad life story (which hasnt ended in any way yet) is pretty inspiring! the best time to do some thing is now i believe. there's an excersize to do to practice tonal variation. i'll scan one and show you one of these days so just u wait. but, when i post that, then i'd like you to do one too!
