Well, this started out as a color study and an experiment with drawing without an idea for the end product. I wanted to do something different with color, and I wanted to see if I could work in more dynamics if I didn't sketch everything beforehand. The phoenix was added when I needed a central foreground creature. I always seem to do these neon phoenixes for color experiments. Hehe! Everything except the watermark was done on Artground's Sketcher paintchat, so that's why the sparklies and stars are rather messy.This is what happens when my friends lure me into a paintchat after midnight and just leave me halfway through. Oh, the lonely sadness. Hehehe!

Hehe, actually it's that his head is too big. And I blame any and all mistakes on the late hour I was drawing. Because everyone knows I'm perfect and never make any mistakes like that. >.>
