Hi guys! In case you miss my last owly post- This month's Patreon theme is owls! One of my Patreon subscribers suggested I draw a melanistic barn owl, and what a great suggestion that was. These guys are absolutely beautiful.Related content

Hi there! Typically for my daily drawings I work around a 9x12 size. Β For bigger projects I work 11x17, 18x24 or even 22x30 inches. Β For a large project last semester I made a 120x40 inch wall scroll. Β

The pose is very nice, especially for this type of owl. I like how you went with a set of darker colors instead of the usual white and tans. Hence the Melanistic
