Damn... I loved Usopp's speech in this chapter. Usopp usually does give a comeback to villians that laugh at or insult Luffy.
I still love Usopp's reply to Ms Merry Christmas waaaaaay back in Arabstra after she laughed at the idea of Luffy becoming Pirate King.
I have to admit, this moment made me think of Ace some, with how easy he was to anger when someone insulted his captain.

Yeah, I noticed that while others would get annoyed at what others say about Luffy, Usopp is the most vocal against it.

I love this quote= "Litsen to me, Chopper! Even..Even if he's fighting imp..impossibly terrible ememies... even if ...there's no way...to beat the enemy...there comes a time when a man has to stand and fight! That time is when his friends dreams are laughed at!"

Most impressive is that this is pre-timeskip, so he had no training and often cowardly. He made that speack even while Ms. Merry Christmas was dragging him into a trap where Mr 4 hit him with a 4 ton bat ..to the face. Usopp gets back up and finishes off with that last line. Normally Usopp would be screaming at that point but he didnt' scream but finnished his speack and came up with a way to defeat them.
