I know these flowers and am familiar with what a beautiful blue they are. Amazing look you've got here. I really love the composition too.

If you ask me, most anything is still beautiful in black and white, just in a different way.

This worked extremely well! Lovely little flowers, though I don't get many in my garden....my garden kills anything that might be called a 'cottage plant' (except geraniums!) or at least prevents them from flowering

hmmm, too much shade? These little ... can't remember the name right now ... are blubs that I planted last fall...they all came up in the various places I put them so maybe you'd be lucky
I just planted your seeds a few days ago...I'd planted some other things and it was still too cold so nothing was coming up...but we had a heat wave and more temperate weather is forecast :fingercrossed: so I'm taking a chance

Grape hyacinths - mine grow and I get the very occasional flower, but that's all. Similarly for things like zantedeschias (if I've spelled that correctly - a type of lily a bit like small arum lillies but with beautiful coloured flowers, and much smaller)...foliage, but no flowers.

I knew they were some kind of hyacinth (but I didn't know how to spell it to look it up 
Ours have a sort of seedpod looking like thing on it...think I should plant them? It would be cool to have those all over the place like the poppies have spread
I'd go online and check to see if your soil is missing something for the flowers...I know that at least with tomatos if there's something missing you'll get LOTS of green but no flowers and therefore no tomatos...

I think you should try planting those seeds....can't do any harm.
You might be right about the soil, come to think of it. I know I have to add magnesium to my citrus trees and the soil is very poor. Any suggestions for a search? Can't think where to start.

I would put in a few search words like bulbs, foliage, lack of blooms...I've got a 'real life' friend (who's also a dA'er) that's a whiz at online searching so I'll ask her
