Description Here bes them shaman of the Woodsie Lord...

Ahem.... I meaners... I mean this is a Pagan shaman, to any poor souls misfortunate enough not to have played any of the Thief games. Well, Pagans are people (or not) who worship the ancient Trickster God of nature. This shaman is possibly based on Dyan from the third game, who appears several times...
This took over 6 hours at least, but time really flew with this one. And I had so much fun naming all of my layers 'Woodsie', 'Wandsie', 'Fleshers', 'Hairsie' and the like!!!
I want a dress like that.

Thief is one of my favs! It's by far one of the funnest games to get good at! It's so fun to be sneaky, robbing everyone you encounter and every house you pass through! So fun! Plus you can kill the guards instantly if you get them in the head first. Just right!

This is beautiful too! I was looking for The Trickster, the banished God from the books, "Trickster's Choice" and "Trickster's Queen".
I love looking for fan art of things I love. This is so awesome to find here. You did a great job on it. Coolest game!

Absolutely gorgeous!!
I love the choice and use of colors here. Almost everything is green, yet still vivid and clearly defined.
She fits so perfectly into the foggly forest around her, a true testament to the deep connection between the Pagan people and nature itself.
Her face is beautiful, and conveys to me confidence and deep pride. Fits well with the Pagans, they always struck me as very proud people, always sure that no matter what hardships befell them, nature would triumph in the end.
The artwork is so detailed, my only wish is to see a larger version of the picture, to get a better look at the finer parts (such as her face! ).

Lovely picture with a great flow to it. I like the colour of the hair. The only improvement I could suggest is that the hand looks ever so slightly un-natural. Not in an in-your-face way. There's just something a little odd or stilted about the posture of it. Otherwise though, a great picture. Also, I don't know if you intended this, but I really like the way the shaman almost seems to have 'taken root' extending down into the earth like the trunk of a tree...

Yes, it actually was sort of intended like that....
About the hand - the only thing I can say is 'yes'. I need a LOT of practice with hands..... It's obvious to me that the hand is all wrong...

I love how the dress resembles a tree and seems to root in the ground. The colours work very well together also. What I do notice is that the waist is a little too defined, too feminine, in my opinion and the fingers are too long for the size of the hand, the palm should always be the same size as the middle finger in length.

This picture is amazing. The green colour fits here very well.
The only thing is that the hand looks a bit weird. Maby a bit too big?

Yeah, something about the hand was bound to come sometime. ^^'

I could write an essay about all the things that are probably wrong with the hand.... But I won't. ^^
It will suffice to tell you the hand is the one part of human anatomy taking the longest time for me to master.

Haha I do stuff like that too. Though mine tend to be more like: this thing over here. the deelie with the point.

I really like the dress. The strands look like a mix of horse hair and grass. It's reallly interesting.

The hair really stands out from the green everything else. It creates a cool effect.

I like it, nice job!
