So I was playing Tannhauser with a friend, and he was playing Axis. So while all his viscious SS Officers fought my brave Commandos, Hans the lone Nazi Grunt Trooper wandered off through the mansion to... I dunno, look at paintings or something. Then, when the battle was over and all the SS were dead and the Commandos horribly injured, Hans just sorta walked back over and shot my Commandos in the head.Now while no one wants the Nazis to win, the German Infantry weren't really members of the Nazi party. Nonetheless, they're the most picked on enemies in video game after video game. They're nothing but cannon fodder. Thus, I can totally support the underdog in this one. Go Hans! You're my hero! 8D
Seriously, look at the cute little helmet and goggles and gasmask and coat. He's like a little kid all bundled up by mommy before he can go play outside in the snow... only he's a WWII Death Trooper.

Not to knock or anything, but Tannhauser is based in a world where WWI never ended, so it's still the Kiaser regime. They do look very Nazi-ish though :3 Love the adorable Scocktruppen

Tannhauser is the First world war turned on it's head. No Nazi in this world, just the German Aristocratic Reich (led by the Kaiser) and the Federated States of the Union (led by Thomas Edison, I kid you not) and the Russian Matriarchy (No idea yet, expansion Operation Novgorod just came out in France, not English yet). I've played, it's really good.

This is another reason not to take videogames seriously. When you're one person against a lot, you don't win...partially injured or not. Unless you use a rocket launcher.

Whoops, that was me. I accidently got my friends account. I helped him make his account a while back because for some reason he wasn't able to make the registration work. It was probably some weird IP problem. This is the second time this has happened. I TOLD him to change that password.
Now that I have that out of the way, I was partly kidding. But for some reason that uniform (mostly the helmet) reminds me of Star Wars.

Can I offer a little constructive criticism?
The use of the same black on the shadowed areas on Hand and on the silhouetted background makes the two merge, it's difficult to see where one ends and the other begins.
