Heres another sunset, but equipped with a farm scene. I love sunsets... can u tell?anyhoo this is Wet on Wet technique again.
I LOVE the colors. thats my favorite part.
I FIXED THE SATURATION ON THIS TO MATCH THE PAINTING, it was messed up.

Indeed, the colors are wonderful. Prarie sunsets (and sunrises!) are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen,m and you really have captured those colors. Nicely done!

One of the things I really like about the wet - on wet method is the smooth transition of color. Your painting is beautiful. The golden hues are really vibrant. Makes one feel as if they are standing out in the pasture and watching the sunset. The windmill is a great touch. We have many of these scenes all across Oklahoma.
