Description This is my team clearing a trench as they throw shock grenades
arround the corner.

While one prepare the grenade the other secures the front and
shoot.

To answer alot of questions asked:

- Yes, this weapon is based on the old G-3. It's the
Norwegian modified version called AG3 F2.

- This is military exercise. With fictional enemies.

- Yes, we use real ammo. The one used on the riffle is
7.62mm and for hand grenades we used HGR85 Shock.

If you look to the right on a deviation you can see a text field that is marked as "thumbnail" and a text that sais :thumb######:. If you copy and paste that field in your deviation description the thumbs appears.

hihi

aren't you forbidden to take photos while doing training AND forbidden to post the photos ito the public?
The G3 was an awesome weapon what did you norwegians change? I see the scope but is it an extra or hart mounted?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 2

BSMisund In reply to Yaybot [2013-03-03 17:08:04 +0000 UTC]

The AG3 was manufactured by the Norwegian Kongsberg Vaapenfabrikk.
The -F2 variant featured a retractable stock, Picatinny handguard and sight mount manufactured by BrΓΌgger & Thomet, and an Aimpoint Comp M4 red dot sight.

kellebass In reply to Yaybot [2010-10-03 11:40:24 +0000 UTC]

I asked the officers if I could publish the photos and it was alright.
As long as I didn't photograph any sensitive meterial.

The G3 was awesome indeed. Now the Norwegian Army has changes out pretty mush all of the with HK416.
The G3 is a lot better imho.

An absolutely great shot.
Greetings from the country to your right!

And we also used the G3, we modified it and named it AK4. The national guard still uses it.

We used many actually. MP5, Clock P80, HK416, AG3 F2 (on the picture), Carl Gustav 84mm Anti-Tank as well as 66mm M72 LAW.
Have you used any of these?
