Just some more Ace Hetalia stuff that happened to... happen XP
This artwork actually predates my previous "The Anean Continental War" post ( [link] ) by a day, but I wanted to get that one up first, or rather, I didn´t want to put this one up first because I feel this is the oddball of the group. Why? Because each of these poster-ish artworks relates to a specific war. "Northen Wings", however, doesn´t relate to a war in particular but (would) to several. This is because of the game it refers to ("Ace Combat: Northern Wings", XD).

The game´s basic plot, summed up, tells how the Kingdom of Nordennavic, being neutral since forever and two more years, took a worried look at the damage the Ulysses asteroid caused around Strangereal, knowing the unrest that would follow would definetly lead to some of Strangereal´s more asshole-ish nations to start hammering on its neutrality and drag the country into war(s). In response, the Nordennavic Royal Air Force assembled the elite fighter squadron "Grendel", whose purpose was to take part in top secret operations all over Strangereal´s warzones (including the Usean Continental War, the Circum-Pacific War, the Estovakian Civil War and the Anean Continental War) and defuse any situations that might jeopardize Nordennavic´s neutrality.
It´s precisely because of this Secret Black Ops-ish aura over this game that this artwork was meant to look a bit Spy Movie-ish, and that´s why I gave Nordennavic´s personification the personality that she has now (read up about it if you want - [link] ) (I can´t wait to put her in a doujin or something ^ ^).

´kay so:

Hetaliafied nations present are Nordennavic, Osea and Yuktobania.

Aircraft present are the Arvakr V-50 (This plane is... weird. To draw and to look at. It´s supposed to be a blend between an F-22A Raptor and a YF-23A Black Widow according to Acepedia) and the Su-27 Flanker.
