Description My 3rd go at water drops... My gran let me take about 30 flowers from her garden to photograph so I spent most of last sunday evening experimenting.
Of the 6 I've uploaded I'm most pleased with this one. I really like the pink petal in the foreground... its such a pretty flower!

Please full view to see the detail in the drop properly.

This is really beautiful. I'm not sure if I like the roughness of the foreground, but the detail in the water droplet more than makes up for that.

...do you mean roughness as in blurryness of the foreground, or roughness as in the texture of the foreground look rough? ...just out of interest?

The texture. It just seemed to not fit in with the rest of the shot, because the rest of the shot looked smooth.
