Description
This is the High Override, one of the members of the Powerhouse.There are two species of Fulmini, the blue and the purple. The blue Fulmini are a race that wants to help protect the other races. The Purple Fulmini are a race that doesn't want to be used as tools and instead wants to enslave the other races. A civil war raged over these two ideals. The purple Fulmni lost the war and were deported away from the planet and into a system to where the purple fulmini can't harm anyone. Then a king rose to their ranks called the High Override. Hewishes to enslave the other races whether the blue fulmini like it or not. This impressed Infernus as he comes and recruits the High Override and his purple fulmini army into the Powerhouse.
Infernus promises High Override with his ideals and the destruction of the blue fulminis. Just as long as the High Override and the purple fulmini pledge their loyalties to him. The High Override not only acts as supreme general to the Powerhouse army, but to act as weapons for Infernus's army, which are the Chronians, D'void's minions, the WayBads, and Apex's mercenaries. Infernus needs all he can if he wants to wage his war on the five powersΒ

Powerwise, they'll be the same as Shockrock. They are capable of weaponizing and greatly enhancing Ben's aliens. As for the species, there are two species of the Fulmini, the purple and the blue. The blues want to help other lesser races and views other races as equals. The purple Fulmini on the other hands feel they are above all others and want to enslave the lesser beings into weapons of their own imaginations.

When I first heard of shock rock, I was like "Oh Great, ANOTHER electric alien", but turns out? He's not electric, he's actually energy based that could weaponize and Enhance Ben's aliens. This made me like the idea of the Omni-Enhanced aliens.
