The Doctor just told Kirk to "play along"? That's dangerous, man, that's like Charles Wallace letting himself get hooked up to that giant brain in A Wrinkle In Time!
Though luckily, Kirk seems to have some real impressive resistance to Sue's powers. And it even seems to be a bit contagious like the Sue's power itself. Once Kirk arrived, Harry actually got into snarky lampshading mode like the rest of the Enterprise crew. I have a feeling if Sue's powers had been in regular effect, Harry would have fallen into a jealous rage and challenged Kirk over her. Or at least suggested a threesome.
Unless... No, couldn't be.
...Could Kirk actually have an effect on Sue? Could she actually have feelings for him so strong that his presence causes her powers to fizzle? Is he her only weakness?!?
