i would so much like to see lex make a appearance in the show, heck even a member of the bat family, atleast in the 18th ep we'll get flash/supergirl crossover, its a shame shes not completely apart of the arrowverse, atleast we might see her again, too bad we can't say the same for john constantine.

I believe they use Max Lord as Kara's Luthor for the same reason Superman cannot be fully seen. It's a shame through, it would be nice to see more of the "Superman Family" characters on the show.
