So I finally got off my lazy butt and finished this chapter. X3
It's sappy (and for those who knew how this chapter was originally going to end, they can see it went in a WHOLE other direction!) However it's now completed and it makes me satisfied that I got this chapter through to the end.
I still don't know if I will continue anymore of these. I do have an idea for the next chapter which I'd really love to do, but I need to work on the script more (shame all my good friends who love to write don't really write for this fandom anymore, or I'd enlist their services. X3)
We'll just have to see what the future holds, I guess. Thanks to all those who have read this far, though!

It really is lovely to get so many comments (especially within the last few months) from everyone who enjoyed this comic and wanted to see more.Β I started it on a whim and was surprised that I actually managed to come back to it after a few years break.Β The truth is that while I think I could do another chapter with better art (and hopefully story) I just don't have the drive to actually work on it as while I still love Jak and Daxter, my interests in what to draw in my free time are heavily focoused on other things at the moment.Β I fear it would end up being one page and then months and months before I even found the spark to make the next.
I was, however, keen to see what pages would look like a few years back and so did some rough work on a couple for sketchavember, which you can see a photo of the pages here:

Maybe I will come back to it one day but the way things are generally going these days with my work commitments, commissions, general life etc. I don't want to continue something else that I will never finish like I have so many other things, so at the very least this chapter was a conclusive end to the story.

The last panel is just so beautiful, this whole comic has been gorgeous. I understand you're not finishing this comic but I'm so happy with this ending, it's like a story of it's own. It worries me though that Daxter was flirty that young but I'm sure it made for some smiles in Sandover

I've really gotten into Jak and Daxter in the past few months (yeah, I'm REALLY late xD), and this comic just made my WHOLE day.
Also your art is REALLY well done. Please teach me how to draw backgrounds and do shading! Haha XP

Probably not. I've got other projects on my hand when I'm not at work, so I just don't have the time and commitment to do anymore, I'm afraid. :< Better to have it at a sealed and finished chapter than a half-completed one like it used to be.

As much as I'd love to, starting a new chapter means more pressure on me to finish it when I just don't have time. The last chapter sat unfinished for several years before I continued. I think it's better to end it here (at least, for the unforeseeable future) unless I feel I am able to continue.
