Thank you. <3

I used super sculpey and super sculpey firm. Over a tinfoil base with a wire inside so I can curl the end and have it stand for working purposes. c:

I think she used super sculpy, super sculpt firm , a wire base and you can make the markings with a threading needle if you want but she might have better tools.

why are the clays different colours?

Khrests In reply to MysticWolvesHowl [2012-07-15 16:18:03 +0000 UTC]

One is super sculpey, the other is super sculpey firm. c:
Firm sculpey is better for thing that you may be touching a lot after you make them, since the details don't squish out easily. The pink super sculpey is very, very soft.

so the grey clay is stronger?

Khrests In reply to MysticWolvesHowl [2012-07-15 16:29:52 +0000 UTC]

No, it's not stronger. It's just firmer. Like when you work it in your hand it's harder. Clays comes in different densities soft.
I believe all sculpey is the same strength once baked. c:

Yes! c:
And the more detailed something is going to be,t he better it is. I like to mix it with the super sculpey, too. So you get a middle ground.
