Ok I think this may also go for one of my favorite characters for his design.

Designation: Devhour
Alias Name: N/A
Gender: Male
Affiliation: Villain
Origin: Devhour is a time gremlin, a species primarily supposed to eat up the time people waste on a daily basis. However, one gremlin decided to break the rules and started eating up precious time that people have: their memories. While others mindlessly stayed away, the gremlin who would become Devhour became more sentient, and more hungry. With an insatiable hunger for time to eat, he began using his tools to devour the memories of other people. His destructive potential earned him a spot on the Deadly Seven Organization.
Powers and Tech: As a time gremlin, he is short and agile, and he can devour the time fluid that keeps time flowing. His tools, a fork designed after a minute hand and a knife designed after an hour hand, are able to pierce and cut into the time plane. He also has an insatiable hunger, if that can be considered an ability.
Characteristics: Takes his time eating time. Eating time is time consuming.
Weakness: He has a frail build, and can't take a lot of hits, surprisingly due to the fact that he doesn't have much muscle mass, or mass in general.
Nemesis: Temporance
