This was one of the collabs I began with *kiki-kit We did a lot of PnF collabs over the past few months. She drew this, I colored.
Tis a scene in a story I wrote. A story which will never be posted online XD Only Serina and my dad know the story.
There's a few more pics for this that will come in the coming weeks if I have time.

I have two theoryβs for this picture.
A) Perry was either suffering or was very ill and Phineas and Ferb have to put him down
Or
B) Perry is being taken away by OWCA and being relocated
Honestly opinion A) makes more sense because of Phineasβ facial expression but, eh, B) could be possible too.

The title reminds me of a song called "Tears of an Angel" by RyanDan. It's a beautiful song (as is the one in the description too).
Anyway, the emotion in this is really good. Althought you don't know the story behind this, you can still feel the sadness in it and just let your imagination figure out the deeper story. Both of you really did a good job.^^
