Numbah four is everybody's favorite little crazy android, Gir! ^.^ <3 <3 I had a *few* ideas for his pic, but I thought this one best captured his unique style. u.u And he's the only one of my headvoices who *would* get in trouble for this particular offense. He likes to go dancing...NAKED!
NJ doesn't allow topless or nude dancing in licensed premises. =B All our strip clubs are just juice bars, apparently. I doubt anyone would find Gir's dancing offensive or lewd at first, but once he starts screaming about being naked and shaking his bootie in people's faces, he'd get busted for sure. XD; I've read a lot of cases where people get snagged on technicalities like that. WHEE!

I was going to use Gir for 'Alcoholic Beverages Not Truly Labeled,' because knowing Gir, he'd probably make his booze 'prettier' by putting jimmies or taco sauce in it. XD You're not allowed to do that. And my second rejected idea was to say Gir was acting as a 'Front' for his already-had-his-license-revoked Master. You aren't supposed to employ people who're in some way disqualified from owning a license, nor are such people allowed to have a financial interest in licensed premises. But Zim doesn't care about that and would be highly likely to try and open a new alehouse under Gir's name. =B However I thought that might be too complicated to explain, and the Lewdness charge was the easiest to come up with a character image for, so that's what I picked.
