Cool, thanks for the PS-speakese in words I can understand. I will try your suggestion because it would look better toned down a bit. (my pitiful attempts made me laugh, but yours should work!)

You're right. It doesn't have a focal point, but then, it doesn't really need one. It's really pretty just how it is.

Its an alright shot but the purple on the rock just seems to draw my eye to it too much since its so unnatural, I'd suggest changing that...

The colors in this are a delight to look at. That beautiful shades of purple in the misty looking waves compliment all the great shades of those rocks. I don't think a focal point is always necessary. Beauty has it's own special quality, and you certainly captured that here.

Well, it's certainly worth posting..the colors are mystical, and that alone makes it stand out as a superb image. It does lack a focal point, but then again, a real focal point might have stolen too much of our attention from the textures and colors..I like it a lot.

Wildly magical... although the rocky mountains're defiant, the mist seemed to be singing its different tune :
no matter what your might it is,
I can still dwell in every corner of you
I can hallucinate you with my
zillion of hypnotic shades
of color of ocean from
tranculent to seemless misty blue.
I can tease you
I've a memory of
infinite hazy episodes.
I can shiever,
even coat you
with unimaginable icy-flames.
I'm your eternal destiny
I'm the strength, fire
of your very Spirit.
Cheers...!

Sascha, what did I do to deserve such wonderful comments from you? Truly, I really appreciate your words, and the time that you take looking into each image and give me your honest thoughts.
Thank you as well, giving me another angle of this image, that maybe the graphic qualities overpower the need for a focal point.
Again, thank you so much!

very nice mixture of land and sea. an interesting part of this photo is the color combination of orange and blueish hues. they complement each other very well. good job.

I think it does lack a focal point, however there is enough there to keep me interested. I Really like the effect of the rocks showing through the waves.

With the waves pounding the rocks having the shutter open for 3 seconds was long enough to capture this misty/fog look... on a rough, windy day you should go to a nearby lake/ocean/river and try some long exposure shots!

It is lacking an individual focal point yet you could consider the intersection between the clouds and the rocks to be an extended focal point. I like it but agree it does seem to be missing something, it lacks some relatable or memorable quality.
