Might be because of the 2011 tsunami that you had such a dream.

I imagine these to be the catfish from the story Fishhead (1911) by Irvin S. Cobb... and speaking of which, can you please draw Fishhead??

Apparently it was an inspiration for Shadow Over Innsmouth.

That's interesting, must be quite obscure work then as I don't recall authors name at all.

If he wasn't quite so big, more like forearm-sized, I would want him as a pet <3

Oh but you didn't state that and besides, if something did itr did not happen like that, only you would know then.

"Many a man and beast I have eaten,
But never such creature as Vainamoinen."
I goofed the quote and had to correct. Yes, I make mistakes. You can stand up now.

Could you explain the reference?

grassa48 In reply to KingsOfEvilArt [2017-09-18 22:20:19 +0000 UTC]
Sure. In the Kalevela, the Finnish national epic, the hero,Β Vainamoinen, must harvest trees that grow near the mouth of a great giant. The giant eats Vainamoinen, whereupon our hero forges a huge iron sickle and uses it's red-hot blade to carve on the giant's stomach. Then the quote.
Here is a link with more on the Kalevela: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalevala
