Description
The Decapitator was always the name of the weapon.

The weapon is actually a living entity, an ancient spirit taking the form of various, usually weird, outlandish and utterly impractical weapons through denturies. It is an ultimate archetype of killing device. As the name imples you've got to go for the head. As soon as it is propely severed it wil slay the enemy for good No resurrections, reincarnations, regenerations, no clones and other tricks. That thing will be gone for ever. A weapon of choice against immortals...

But it will not be wielded by anyone. The weapon resists the unauthorised user, making it practically impossible to use unless ones enemy is worthy of his intervention. Wielding it takes a heavy toll on the user. Only one fo can be slain for after a decisive, decapitating hit, the weapon usually disappears, the wielder suffers heavy damage himself, including such syptoms as necrosis and auto-amputation of the hand that held it/partial paralysis/death The first who did not suffer such drawbacs was him.

Noone knows why was that, why he of all was spared and accepted by the weapon as its master. Ever since the slaying of the Jawhorn champion he wanders though wilderness carrying the strange weapon up like a banner...
