Yay! Luna's gonna do the Can-Can! 
jk I just had to say it, a corset, fishnets, thigh high boots with lace... black pearls on her collar and leather. I just had to do this for the 's Super Hero Contest. I decided to have her indoors, I kinda suck at drawing buildings. I also thought if I gave her a cape you wouldn't see her gorgeous long black hair that was so iconic of her human form. 
I had to do the draped front and "skirt" I could only imagine what it'd do when she was moving around.

I love the outfit! My favorite part is the skirt. I love how you draped it. And the boots are amazing as well with the detail on the side.

I like this design you have for Luna here. It's very steampunky, but easy to move around in, obviously. So was this to show her as a superhero?
(drools with envy as she could never make anything this good in the CoH creator in a thousand years...)
