Look, I know this is a spectacular character, and I did a wonderful job coloring it, but I've had TWO art-feature groups try to get it in their galleries since I uploaded this last night. While I am EXTREMELY honored, I declined, because :devsimplyneon: made the character in the first place, and the lineart I replicated her into belongs to :devdevcherrypy:! I would fell like a dirty liar if I allowed this to be in a feature group, although I am extremely pleased with my coloring job, it was just a coloring job!! Go feature the real artists~ OR BETTER YET feature one of the works I drew myself, like Laurelsong's picture on my front page *shameless plug* ;D

I haven't decided fully on a name or gender, I'm *pretty sure* I'm going with female, like 95% sure
And I know her name is Russet, but idk about the last half (for a warrior name)

Russetscar? I don't like that one, it's like the name the leader gave to Brightheart (before she became Brightheart), it's just a reminder of her scar and past...

This beautiful redhead is going to be who I RP as the new medicine cat in WVS~ Cause we're revamping, and I already put Leafie in another group, I want to start fresh with a new cat over there. I'm aiming for Iceclan med cat again, but if =Z-A-D-Y wants me to try for a leader of a clan, I'll try for a leader. I LOVE having a leader position in the group but I'm perfectly happy as Med cat in a clan.

Anyway, I adopted this beauty from *SimplyNeon simplyneon.deviantart.com/art/… , I fell in love with her red color before the adopt was finished lol but once completed, she just really had to be mine. I've tried to make similar designs, but have never come up with anything I liked. I'm so glad I stumbled uopn her

I'm adding in the scars across her back, and notches in her ear, and I made her chest color come all the way up instead of making a starburst because that's easier for me to do Also I made the inside of her ears pink not white. Small design changes like these were allowed by Simplyneon, though she had to clear them as ok first.

Anything else?..... Oh, name suggestions! PLEASE give me some XD I'm loving Russet as the prefix but if you have any other suggestions bring 'em on

Random info about her, she's not a finished charrie yet so some of this may change and more will be added:

-Somali-mix breed

-Scars from a dog/coyote, pinned her and scratched her up badly, the scars on her back were deep enough to stay, as well as the nicks in her ear.

-She's 4 years old (48 moons); young for a cat, but older than most cats people RP

-She'll either be med cat or leader, either way she's ridiculously smart but painfully inept at acting 'normal' around others (if cats can be mildly autistic, then that's her)

-She's quite talkative

-Protective

-Headstrong, gets an idea and won't let it go

-Would like to be more open with others, but can't
