Homemade Chicken and Mushroom Chimichanga.I want to thank Loffy0 for showing me this recipe.
Just after a couple days of him showing me the recipe, I just had to try it.
I think it turned out to be quite the success.
Taken with my EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM lens.

Ahaha, this was my first time making them.
These aren't deep fried. You put filling in the tortillas, wrap them, fry them in a little bit of oil and then bake them.
But no one said you had to put guacamole, salsa or sour cream as toppings to the dish.
