The powered-up form of Rika, one of my OC's (previously seen on Deviantart here: [link] and here: [link] )

This pic features the latest in a long line of costume changes/redesigns for the character. I figured since the original character concept was very much inspired by Sailor Moon I'd continue with something in that direction (though the collar looks a bit Disney Princess to me as well). A little hard to see here though the back is supposed to have something resembling a giant bustle/poof (the idea for this was inspired by the costumes I saw on Emilie Autumn and co. at a recent concert). She has magical powers related to STARS and LIGHT and all that sparkly goodness.

Rika's tall, slightly fuzzy ears are a sign that she's got some anthro background (anthro-human or anthro-elf hybrids are known as "mutants" in my original universe, though I may change the name if I think of something more suitable).
