Description
So I was talking with a fleet mate in Star Trek Online about the new Romulan stuff that will be coming, and I suddenly had this idea to make an ID card for my Romulan character. I know it's way early, but I wanted it out of the way. So, this will be my Romulan character when playable Romulans are released.

This is a heavily modified version of ~X3-chan 's StarFleet ID Card .
