This is Gator Guy (Yes, that's his name and he hates it). His fellow mutated friends just call him Gator.

He has an amazing sense of humor and he loves talking to people. Sometimes he dominates the conversation, but if someone tells him so, he'll be happy to step down and give somebody else a shot.
