After doing a lot of quick and easy pics, I kinda completed my personal "to do list", except for one character: Medusa. But of course, there's nothing "quick and easy" about her, she's full of details and stuff andΒ I wasn't sure if I could pull it off. Using the in-game idols as a reference (I hate how many differences exist between the official art, in-game art and game models), I made a pencil drawing and then scanned it, it... wasn't good, and I was sure I wasn't going to finish it. But I HAD to give it a try, and after re-doing one of her eyes... (her right eye), I just kept staring at the screen... "Did I just drew that?" I LOVED it. That gave me the boost I needed to continue. I had to re-draw the whole thing with PhotoShop, add extra details (mainly hair, scales and dress thingies). It took me like 2-3 days (it was hard, but also I've been interrupted countless times), and I'm tired now. The pic still needs some touches and fixes, but I'm happy with how it looks now :3Medusa belongs to Nintendo, etc., etc., etc..

I might do more pics of her in the future, but as I said, it takes a while to do so many details, so there won't be as many as we would like to.
On a slightly unrelated note: for some reason this picture isn't showing up while browsing dA (it's been up for a while now), do you have any idea why this happens?

I suppose dA has its own update-intervals, it might need some time to get newer images into their search-database.
Also yeah, I know what you mean. Drawing snakeladies can be very tiresome due to the insane detail on their scales, combined with Medusa's attire it's even more work for the artist.

Yeah, I still have to add details to the snakes and hair, but her dress is what really kills me, I'm horrible at drawing dresses like hers.

For whatever reason, it wasn't registering tags, which I assume is where you have Kid Icarus listed, but it was still pulling from descriptions, where Nintendo is. I think it's fixed now though.
But that said, great work on Medusa here. Most underrated character in the game easily.

Again, it was just a weird site error, which seems to be fixed (for now at least). If you want to be sure it shows in case it does that again though, yeah, I'd put it in the description too.
