Thanks for reminding me about that.

I had posted this picture shortly after playing the demo, before I knew that there was no Col. Cambell this time around. Easy mistake to make when that isn't made totally clear in the demo, but since I'm lazy, I'm going to leave the description the way it is.

yeah I have seen people make many mistakes when to comes to MGS. Messing up on names,places,events etc..

Yes! MGS3 is one kickass game. I'm replaying it for the third time, and nearly finished. This time, my goal is to finish the game with the following:

No kills
No Alerts
Finish in less than 5 hours.

So far, no kills, no alerts, Almost at the 3 hour mark, and I think I can beat it in less than 2 more hours.

Awesome art bud. Loving the MGS pics too! Glad to see someone else had the idea - I keep meaning to do some myself, but it just hasn't happened yet.
Did you manage to make your goal and finish MGS3 in time?

Thanks for the compliments! Eventually I plan to do more of the MGS pics, just that'll have to wait until I have more time to put into them.

Actually, that goal has had to take a backburner. My job had been keeping me a little too occupied lately. XP

My friend's favorite character is ocelot, so I'm afraid I beat you to it .
I'm not sure where it is and it's old as dirt anyway, but I have a couple of ocelot...I MIGHT've already uploaded my latest one...

I hope you do one, I think that'd be awesome...Should someone do one of Mantis?

Mantis? Why not? *chuckles* Actually, I saw a couple pics of Mantis fan art when the first MGS came out on the original Playstation, but I don't remember where I found them, otherwise I'd point you in their direction.

I do think Mantis is cool, but I prolly won't be drawing him, unless my muse gives me a good whack over the head and orders me to put it to paper. LOL

I don't know when, but I will eventually get around to drawing up Ocelot at some point.

I thought Mantis was cool, but Ocelot was definately cooler. THere's always Sniper Wolf though, and that's just BEGGING to be anthromorphized.

Come to think of it, I might as well beat you to the punch there...I'll just have to look up some pictures of her to see what she looks like..


I hope you draw Ocelot, I'll be sure to check it out if you do.

Ah, yeah, that was a fault I noticed myself, just only after inking it (too late to fix). I missed drawing a ring around the hexagon to make the barrel. The hexagonal design is more of what you see if you were to look down the barrel (not something I would actually recommend doing, just so's ya knows).

Amazing work, something I forgot to mention about this one is how interesting it is that you managed to make the character be one shape and form it's own border...very cool!

Oh, I recognize your style. Seen some of your art up on VCL. I must compliment you on your attention to detail in firearms. I used some of your pics with your character holding an AKM as referrence when I was making the AK-47 out of legos. I really like your art, aesome stuff!

That's too bad about the PS2, though. Its a really fun series so far. Konami just re-release the original Metal Gear Solid on the Game cube, calling it "Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes" Basically the same as the original, just massively enhanced character detail, and also added more fancy cut-scenes than were in the original. I'm glad I picked that one up when I did. Nice addition to the collection.
