Description The whole reason I did was strictly just to play around and practice with my copic markers. I wanted to experiment with what effects I could achieve by bleeding the markers through from the backside of the paper while colorring the negative space on the front as I normally would. The results were... less than disirable... but as they say "nothing ventured, nothing gained"..... or something to that effect I believe....

It should be noted that although I completly re-drew this image free-hand, the character images were referrenced and thus I can't take absolute credit for the image. I tend to do this with anime/manga characters I like to use to practice my linework and colorring technique.

All my linework is done with copic multiliners on bleed-resistant marker pad from VERY light pencil sketches (making for easy erasing of the sketch lines).

Looks great to me! the details are spot on, and the textures and colors are very appealing. I thought for a minute it was the genuine article, so I would count this as a success.
