Description This is a Christmas gift for of his rogue/wizard character Mephisto whose happens to be from Thay but decided to get out while he could. He's in the same game that I'm in where I play Bijyoumaru, the bard from Rokugan.

Here's hoping he likes it! This is just the line art. I intend to color it to add and actual spell effect in Photoshop when I do color it.

ooooohhhhh! he looks HAPPY o.o.... lol!!!! I LOVE the intensity! Especially since I seem to remember you saying he can get pretty dire at times lol! The hands are freaking incredible! And I love the foreshortening too awesome!

Yeah.. it's very rare the character actually smiles... and if he does... you should probably worry. This is his 'game face.'

I'm so glad you like it! And I'm glad the hands and the foreshortening turned out okay. I had some reference so I wasn't doing it completely blind, but it was still difficult.

hey, even with references I know hands in poses like that are NOT easy from experience of trying to draw em lol! But it looks great!

Thanks hun! The hands were hard to do! And sort of... seemed off to me. I was worried people would comment that they looked weird, but I'm glad it's gotten such a positive response.

They look just fine to me It's a hard angle to work with so that might be why you might think they're a bit off. But they look right to me ^^

Thank you very much! The hands were the one thing I wasn't entirely sure about... along with the perspective of his arms. It was difficult to get looking right (or at least right enough for me to be satisfied with.) But I'm so glad you like it!
