Credits: S Shield by ChaomancerOmega [link] Trunks by Vadlor, Rivet Gun by FSMCDesigns and the hammer is by HasdrabulWay back before Genesis, I used to use David 3 for Steel. But I was very unsatisfied with it because I couldn't find good shoulder armor and the face was wrong. Then came along M4 and F4 and I didn't think I could re-create Steel. All that changed with Genesis.
Steel has been long overdo for an overhaul. Here he is. Enjoy!
