A very well done piece. I wish you told a bit more about the technique in the info. But I really have to say that there is not really something to improve it the way it is as a conceptual piece. Actually this is the stuff people put into the Artbooks you get with video games collectors editions. But like Morpheus said your problem is not your technique. Get some content into it and you get to the masterpiece-level actually. Maybe move the angle to the left a bit and add a shady figure fleeing across the "lightbridge" thing. Something to convey a story and not just show off with your style
