Looks pretty awesome for a second attempt.
Keep at it, man! Acrylics are an acquired taste, but it looks like you could go somewhere with your skills. :'D

Thank you so much for the kind words. <3
Yeah acrylics are...Very difficult, gotta say I have to like sit there for hours to make it not look like a blue blob of paint. How does one add depth?! Oh right, you have to MIX colors because you just can't use the same color by running over it again. Man I miss markers.
But thank you again. ;w;

Have you tried watercolors, they work more that way. I broke out watercolors for the first time the other day to paint in a Doctor Who project of mine, and it was lovely! ^^

I use watercolors quite often actually. I randomly busted it out a few months back. Crayola watercolors all the way man.

They are fun, I ended up with a set of tube watercolors left over from a beginning art class I took a few years ago, and those were even more fun I found, because you could mix them on a pallet in addition to just layering them for color. I confess, I'm actually more familiar with acrylics, but rarely find the time to lay everything out and paint period.
I need to get some nice markers and give it a go. I have a friend who uses prismacolors and frankly, I'm jealous. XD

Prismacolor is my main media for coloring.
I use the cheap things, mainly because I was scared I might not enjoy it, so I bought a 3$ pack.
Acrylics are hard to use, took for ever to get my Tardis to stop looking like a smear of paint.
