I am not very sure what you mean, but...

To me, drawing things like cloth is easy because there is no symmetry and you can make a lot of mistakes and distortions and no one will notice.

Cloth is easy?! I wish! XD But you're right about the "no symmetry." No one would notice the mistakes as long as they aren't painfully obvious of course.
