I love the slight rusty feel to the 'bot and that there seems to be a glow of energy off of it.

It's funny the rust thing was a happy accident. I was going to paint it all red and than when I colored over it with blue it looked rusty so I kept it.

BTW, read ECB last night and frankly, I'm jealous. I actually am waiting for issue 2, and I haven't felt that way about a comic book for a LONG time. I know you were going to include pics from other artists, have you put those in yet? (I wasn't sure if they went into a larger variant) If not, throw my goofy pin up away, I'm going to do something worth looking at.

It's coming along. I thought I saw something you drew where the girl was red..or maybe I saw something on Clone Wars..I'm getting old..memory going..what was I saying? ha...yeah..I think the gal and the robot look good together. Any ideas for the color of her swords and the robot?

It's cool, I never even considered adding the girl into the bot pic, but it was just one of those things where after you said it, I though to myself: "Shit, why didn't I think of that?"

I don't usually think of colors till I start the coloring process. I can see not dealing with it until it comes up. I'm thinking either red or purple swords. I had to do 5 scans to get the bot into the computer. Ha! I really need to invest in a larger scanner. lol

I'm thinking of buying an A3 format just to be able to scan art in at the 12x18 size.
I'm really excited to see how it all turns out.
BTW, I shared the ECB with my wife and she digs it! She never was much of a reader but she was into the Sandman stuff back in the day. Good company to keep. I don't think I actually ever thanked you for those issues. Thank you very much!!

They are so cheap now and you can get a good printer combo. I just love my printer so I'm not ready to kick in for the combo yet.
